1. Introduction

Cigar Cave offers tobacco products and related items only to persons of legal smoking age. All product listings are subject to availability. Prices, promotions, and product descriptions may change without notice. Cigar Cave reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected reseller or bulk purchase activity that violates our policies.

- Shopping cart cookies: We use session and persistent cookies to track items in your shopping cart and to restore a saved cart when you return.
What we do not do: We do not use cookies to personally identify visitors. Cookies are not used to collect sensitive personal data without explicit consent.

12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms & Policy
We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy occasionally. The “Effective Date” at the top will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
