Order Processing
All new orders are typically shipped out on the next business day after your order is placed.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. In most cases, you should receive your order within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal, state, and local regulations, Cigar Cave cannot ship tobacco products to certain locations. At this time, we do not ship tobacco products to:
- Utah
- South Dakota
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes
Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products. Adult signature and age verification may be required upon delivery.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Cigar Cave ships exclusively within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international addresses will be canceled and refunded.
